We’re Australia’s best medium super fund!

It’s official – LGIAsuper is Australia’s best medium super fund.

At the Conexus Financial Superannuation Awards in Sydney, we were named Superannuation Fund of the Year in the medium category, for funds managing between $5 and $10 billion.

We won the prestigious award ahead of four other finalists.

The Conexus awards recognise excellence in the superannuation industry, including the provision of the highest standards of member service.

The accolade caps a stellar year for LGIAsuper, which has now been awarded the highest ‘platinum’ rating by independent research house SuperRatings 10 years running.

Accepting the award, Chief Operating Officer, Tim Willmington said it was recognition of the fund’s member-first approach.

“With over 52 years serving Queensland’s local government employees, last year LGIAsuper opened its doors to all Australians from every industry,” Mr Willmington said.

“As we continue to grow and welcome new members across Australia, our commitment won’t change – to help our members plan and enjoy a comfortable, secure retirement.”

Mr Willmington said LGIAsuper had recently broadened its comprehensive financial advice offering, as well as implementing industry-leading superannuation administration platforms.
