Digital signature supported forms

Brighter Super accepts wet (physical) signatures for all forms. We also accept digital signatures on certain forms.

Digital signatures are accepted via:

• Pasting an image of a signature into the signature field.
• Electronically signing through an e-signature facility such as Docusign or Adobe Acrobat Sign.

Forms that accept digital signatures will display " Digital signatures accepted" on the Forms page.

Certain forms still require a wet (physical) signature including:

• Benefit Withdrawal Form B01
• Pension Benefit Withdrawal Form P02
• Financial Hardship Application B06
• Binding Death Benefit Nomination Form M10
• Transfer To A KiwiSaver Account B07
• Insurance forms
• Forms signed by Guardian or Power of Attorney on behalf of member
• Any forms requiring signatures to be witnessed
