Change Pension account details

For many of us, retirement may last 20 or even 30 years so our income needs are likely to change during this time. That’s why Brighter Super makes it easy for you to change the details of how and when you receive your pension income.

How to make a change

There are three ways to update your Pension account details:

• Online - log in to your account on Member Online, where you can make all your changes quickly and easily.
• Application form – download the Pension update form (P04), complete your details and return it to us.
• Call us on 1800 444 396, and our team can make your changes over the telephone.

What you can change

You can change the following:

• How much you receive each pension payment
• How often you receive these payments (choose from fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual payments)
• Details of the bank account in which you’d like your income deposited

If you are changing your bank account details you will need to complete the Pension update form (P04).
